The next event of our reading series will see Brigitte Schmid-Gugler reading from «Am Hummelwald» on Thursday, 18 November 2021. The reading will be in German.
The University Library is back with its full range of services on the ground floor of the library building. In addition, we are pleased to present various innovations.
The University Library has had an exciting 1.5 years. On the occasion of the reopening of the library building and the return to the ground floor, we look back.
The special studying places for master’s and doctoral students will be merged and given a new location with lots of greenery.

The university library is back in its usual place in the ground floor of the renovated library building . We return in good old quality and with fresh new looks.
Due to the move, the library will be closed on Thursday, August 26 and from Monday, August 30 until Friday, September 3, 2021.
Due to renovation work in the library building, from July 5th until approx. August 2nd, 2021 some call numbers will be blocked.
During the renovation work, Master students and Ph.D. can reserve a personal workspace.

Collections and exhibitions can now be found online on our search platform.
From the 08.03.2021 until approximately the start of the autumn term 2021 the library will relocate to the basement of the library building. This is due to ongoing refurbishments in the library. In spite of the renovation, the HSG library offers various services.
For the time being, the Library can offer you now remote access to Bloomberg data.
In Spring Semester 2021, we offer several library courses and database instructions.
Refinitiv is aware of the problems accessing their products locally on campus and has granted us a trial access to its new product Refinitiv Workspace. This allows for remote access to Eikon and Datastream in one client, no matter where you are.
